The Pellegrini family name has been associated with every tier of the wine business since the early part of the 20th Century, as producers, grape sellers, importers, and wholesale distributors. Having been winegrowers and importers since 1925 and family owned for four generations, the Pellegrini's are considered California wine pioneers. Our historic monopole vineyard at Olivet Lane Estate is home to the oldest producing Pinot Noir vines in Sonoma County. Named for the mature olive trees lining the entrance, the Olivet Lane Vineyard is a valued source of grapes for some of the appellation’s most acclaimed wines.
In 2017, Aida Pellegrini and her son Robert, second and third generation generation vintners respectively, passed the reigns to fourth generation family member, Alexia Pellegrini, whom oversees and guides business operations. She is no stranger to hard work; passionately continuing to build upon the legacy of the Pellegrini name within the wine business. Recently, she earned her MBA in Wine Business at Sonoma State University. In 2019, Alexia will celebrate her 19th harvest.
